In addition to complying with government and local health authority guidelines, NETZSCH has therefore taken additional protective measures at its production sites to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and third parties.

1. Opening hours
our plants in Waldkraiburg are still accessible to you, and parts can be delivered and, depending on the region or country, also delivered or collected. You will be instructed on additional protective measures at the gates.

2. delivery time
- For standard spare parts that are manufactured in house there is still a good availability and there are currently no delivery problems.
- For special parts or other parts the procurement depends on the article, manufacturer and country of origin and can only be clarified by a corresponding check.
3. delivery bottlenecks:
Due to the currently dynamically developing situation and the resulting supply bottlenecks, also due to the known difficulties for the transport service providers, there may still be occasional delays in delivery. This mainly affects deliveries from South America (including Brazil) and Central and South Asia (including India) of castings, turned and milled parts and conveyor technology.
At this time, NETZSCH cannot name any other specific bottleneck, as the situation is changing at very short notice but tends to improve.

Your personal contacts are available to you as usual by e-mail and telephone. Since mid-May, field service visits have also been taking place again. If visits are currently not possible, you do not have to do without qualified advice, as we can offer you the possibility of video conferencing. Speak to your contact person and make an appointment.
